I've always loved quiet, blank spaces. I think it's because this is where the possibility lies - for beauty, for kindness, and for the kind of goodness that makes you change the way you look at the world around you. While I'm still not quite sure what I want to be when I grow up, I've learned that I live best when I have my own quiet place to put words and images down in the ways that make the most sense to me. My name is Courtney Hope. I married a man with my same last name, except he had the audacity to add an extra ‘L’. By day, I work with blind and visually impaired students within the field of School Psychology. By evening, I scheme, I write, I read, I take photographs, I dog-walk, and I eat an appalling amount of cheese. While I'm a midwestern girl at heart, I currently call Austin, Texas home.
